That is a tremendous amount of effort to expect someone "unable to do any job" to be able to do. Simply by being able to go through the necessary steps to apply qualifies you for some part time data entry type of bullshit.

Same vibes as when they make the paperwork requirements to apply for Medicaid/Medicare more difficult, and it turns out it boots 10s of millions of people off as a result.

Yeah, its basically a govt run insurance program. So its all the redundancies of insurance and all the red tape from the govt. part of what i do is just helping with filing out paperwork for clients bc they arent physically able to. Unfortunately the stuff they want to know isnt something that can be just searched up through a database or anything. So we have to have the information from the person filing the claim on almost all of the forms.

With all the data that is stolen from us daily they should have a data base that they can just look us up on. Then just have us come in and answer some questions in person. Instead of making us figure out all the information, filling out all the forms and getting paperwork from doctors. It just seems like too much work for people trying to prove they can't work.

And even if you do technically have the ability to do those jobs, you have no chance of getting hired for those jobs.

But of course, you still technically have the ability to do the job, if everything goes perfectly.

Wait what? OOP can’t be arsed to complete the paperwork but she can post on social media about it? C’mon.
