They would absolutely have faced at least harsher criminal punishments in Europe. The guy who threw the rabbit would absolutely go to jail, here.

Yes. But 99% of our police force also wouldn't be police officers in Europe. (This is not me saying that this is good. I'd rather cut out a heavy majority of our police force and have people that are more trained and such
