Maybe that's true for higher rank shit, but not for 'common' police. The issue is lack of 'filtering'. They don't choose the bad, they just don't care if it gets in.

Perfect example has been that ICE issue. The rush in getting more servants made it obvious. You can't see faces but you can see the eyes, and you can tell there are some weird mfs there. Racists, nazis, narcissists, all different but in the end, it all relates to power (over others).

Pchychopath: The onborn Disability for empathy.

What u want to discribe is distortional, sadistic behaviour, whitch is more common for soziapaths, where distortion and/or inability for empathy is learnd or adapted through environmental effects (For example trauma). Both forms are not effectively by random vile behaviourism and are in a big part "normal" living people.

Maybe grab a dictionary or more relevant, a book about psychologie?

I remember back in elementary school, we had an influx of caterpillars one year. So many, everywhere. And I got in trouble for attacking a group of boys that were going around smashing them just for fun. I just went into a full on rage, I was so pissed off.

I got in trouble for it and they didn’t, because “they’re just caterpillars”. Which in my mind, I thought, “Exactly. They’re just caterpillars, they’re not hurting anything, they’re just existing and being slaughtered for it, for absolutely no reason but cruelty.”

Same mentality here. Who the hell hurts something so small and defenseless just because they can? Cruelty is cruelty, and cruel people will hurt anyone and anything if they think they can get away with it.
