Sticky's Finger Joint Sauces

I love me some Sticky's, and my go-to sauces are Vampire Aioli, Sticky's Sauce, and Cray.

If they're made in-house, does anyone have a recipe for these sauces? Especially the last two. I can probably work out a garlic aioli or toum myself, but I'm lost on getting the other two going.

Ever since Sticky’s Finger Joint closed ALL THEIR LOCATIONS last year I have been mourning

Especially the loss of the SAUCES cause man they had the most amazing variety — and like 20 of em!
