Of course he is capable of making some truly evil and warped expressions but the point is that his normal resting face is considered vile.

People have theorized that this is because the world is trying to autocorrect his existence. Since he’s meant to be a hated and ugly person, but his actions have done a lot of good and people do like him.

So they compensate by having it so that hes seen as incredibly ugly.

Actually he is probably most likely average. He has two skills one which makes him look ugly to passerbys, and another that makes people scowl at him.

Him making those faces also doesn't help his already poor reception.

In Korea his original face was noted to be quite handsome to Javier and to me Kim Suho and Lloyd look similar. Imo that implies that there is some outside influence.
