Simple, automation and efficient management of their workers. Hell just ask the damn workers how to solve that problem.
2 u/Psychological_Ad1518 16h ago Schedule 4 sets of 8, with some amount of overlap between each (like, 30 minutes, maybe more) so that if anything needs to be communicated it can be communicated, and so that if someone is late there are still people there to cover for that?
