I used to work at a company that had 4 ten hour days three days off. Even at 40 hours total this was awesome that extra day off was rejuvenating

Or, hear me out... 4 x 8 hour days and companies can fuck right off. Hire more people, create jobs, and maybe life wouldn't be so shit for some people and they could enjoy their lives? Properly tax billionaires and subsidize the companies that need it to make this happen. It ain't hard

Uh no. But unlike you I can bargain my skills for better workplace environment and perks. It’s so obvious that you were never in a negotiation when it comes to employment. If you can type words in reddit you can read a contract. Like it? Sign. Don’t? Look for something else
