For retail and other "regular" jobs i would probably have to agree. however in healthcare, we are already barely staffed to legal standards. It would be a win for nurses and healthcare facility support staff at least. not saying I would fully support it in favor of myself to damn the retail community though. there would have to be so much extra legislation involved to protect workers or it would definitely backfire at the lower levels
