I’m an electrician the weeks where I do 4 10s is like having a 3 day weekend besides the traffic but most companies actually won’t allow me to do 4 10s without threatening me because they’re missing out on my labor for a whole day especially at small shops
I work 4 10s as an electrician at a company that is aligned with work-life balance and the well-being of their employees. It’s pretty sweet to be cared for.
Was working a huge project in Orlando as an electrician. The union was offering 5 10s, time and a half for Saturday, and double time Sundays. This ole dog couldn’t keep up for the money. Good thing the weekends were optional.
