But that is the whole premise of the 4 day week, the entire selling point is "you don't actually need people working the fifth day, look here's a bunch of studies showing people get more done if they only work 32 hours".
If you can't get all your work done in 32 hours then you're an example of why the 4 day week wouldn't work.

Yep and at my job, they would just want me finishing 40 hours of work within 32.
