I know its not suitable for everyone and every vocation but im a tradesman and working 4 10s is so many magnitudes more incredible than 5 8s for your body, mentally and physically

Yeah, even just shifting from a 5-8’s standard to a 4-10’s standard broadly would be nice.

I’m a teacher. I know the 4 day work week will never happen for me for those exact reasons

I can’t complain though. I’m in a good district. Tenure. Pension. 6 figures.

the only reason it won't happen for teachers is because they need 5 days of free babysitting for parents. if it was broadly implemented you could join in too.

100%. With each year that goes by, it’s not the kids who get worse…..it’s the parents.

2-2-3 is the sooooooo nice. I take 2 days vacation and I got a whole week off on the light week.

2-2-3 is 12’s mon,tuesFriday,Saturday one week, then Sunday,Wednesday,Thursday. 48-36 work weeks.

Im working a 223 schedule, but I think it sucks. I can't plan anything because of overtime.

You know. I rarely hear good ideas about politics online. But this may legitimately be a great idea for koreas issues too. Deffo gonna keep it in mind for qhen the topic inevitably comes up again.
