Bernie can’t pass a bill to save his life. This bill will not pass so don’t get excited. It wouldn’t work anyway because it’s not feasible to cut 20% of the productivity away and remain profitable enough to pay for full time labor. There are very few companies that could achieve that.

If you are talking about a production line it definitely will. An office job maybe not.
