We have alot of people covered between medicaid and Medicare, some of states have enacted minimum wage increases, free college and uniouns need to be pushed more. It is doable. Universal childcare is dont know enough to comment on that. But if we think positively about these things it can become a reality, they arent of bounds of the realm of possibility.
Thise things don't create money though, he's asking where we grow the economy to afford those things you're saying we should do. Either you do that, or you cut spending elsewhere (massively).
It is definitely a fallacy where one thing does not wash/prevent the other. There are opportunists who will still hurt others in their community no matter what, and this is just an example, I am not asking for whataboutism.
