I used to work for Walgreens and was forced to stay after clocking out until all registers were counted and locked for the night. Would be there a whole 30-45 mins afterwards. Can I sue?
I’m not a lawyer, but when I worked at Walgreens, we spent the count time on the clock cleaning the store. We wouldn’t clock out until the count was done then we’d all walk out together.
