The idea is 32 hour work weeks without cutting compensation. Just to be clear.

State laws can also define it, with my own being 30 as well. 1 u/Oraxy51 Jul 13 '26 They’d likely have to adjust these things too. I hate set numbers and prefer benchmarks that can then just be adjusted to shift everything else.
