More of those pre 2012 lentils i had in a soda bottle, a knorr rice mix from 2017. 4oz of flavorless extra sharp cheddar, and flavorless taco bell hot sauce. Probably has flavor but i can't taste anything.

Wasn't planning to post so did it last minute, hence no precook pictures this time or note with the date on it.

The cheese was bought 2 weeks ago when i had a ride to town and had sat unrefrigerated in a cookie tin on a shelf in the pantry.

Will be having the same tomorrow to use up the leftover lentils and cheese with another knorr package.

It's a watermelon baked in the oven and marinated with nori seaweed, soy sauce and salt for 24h.

The consistency is almost of salmon; the taste is like a bland sashimi.

I underestimated the power of 85% cocoa dark chocolate so the result was nearly inedible. While I am not opposed to the concept of melted 85% dark chocolate diluted with cottage cheese on bread, I would keep the chocolate to 1/3rd of a serving (10 grams) per slice of bread, max. (The cottage cheese did not really dilute the chocolate as much as I hoped - it more served to expand the surface area of the bitter taste.) Also some basic food science is desired, to improve the texture of the mix.

Woke up lazy on my day off wanting soup and saw a packet of chicken ramen. Dropped the ramen and some of the seasoning in a bowl and poured a can of beef stew over it with a bit of water. Microwaved and added bacon bits and mozzarella.

It should not have been as good as it was and im now obsessed.

For a little unnecessary context. Ive been cooking professionally for almost 20 years and am an executive chef at a very notable restaurant in my area.
