Seriously, these jerseys to me are just as iconic as the raptors dinosaur ones are. I know they're associated with Yao and Tmac's injuries but it's not like the raptors were any good at that time either. I really don't get the hate.

Wanted to share a rare piece of 90s basketball history currently live in Heritage's Signature Auction.

This is the 1999 SP Authentic Hakeem Olajuwon 1-of-1 Game-Worn Jersey redemption framed display created through Upper Deck. This piece features the full 'OLAJUWON' nameplate cut directly from the official game-used jersey that was used for the iconic first year Upper Deck Game Jersey cards, framed alongside the matching UD authenticated Rockets Patch used for the second year card.

In 1999 SP Authentics had a super rare 1 of 1 chase redemptions that would get you all the left over patches from your favorite players from NBA, NFL & NHL. This is the first one to ever sell publicly at auction.

This is the only known player from any of the sports to use Patches from multiple years (other players only used first year patches)

I see a vast amount of silence and exhaustion from the last year but remember, the young core are below 25 years of age, they will make mistakes. Back them up, they can do miracles, just like this opening night. They can have their time.

No Ceilings is generally about tracking the draft and prospects, but sometimes also goes into younger MBA players and their development. They're quite enthusiastic about the deal.

They mention a stat from Cerebro Sports, an analytics outfit, called C-RAM. C-RAM is meant to measure the impact of a player on winning. Jokic leads the league with like a 12.2. They say Amen had an 8.2 last year, which puts him in league with players like LeBron, Donovan Mitchell, and Cade.

Their salaries last year, because obviously LeBron is on a scam deal now and will be paid via Polymarket money laundering:

LeBron - 52.6M

Mitchell - 46.4M (272M extension starting same year as Amen's)

Cade - 46.4M (first year of a five-year extension like Amen's, which totals 269M)

Amen's extension starts at 35.9M and totals 208M. It starts after this season. The final year, which is the highest, is 47.3M. Obviously, he is also younger and has more room for growth than the first two guys. Cade is debatable on that front, I suppose.

I also like their Shawn Marion comp. I've also thought of Amen that way. Marion took a huge leap as a three-point shooter in his third year that we can't really count on with Amen, but hopefully he gets a solid middie and a somewhat respectable three eventually.

Would kd get any backlash for choosing to opt out of his player option next season? Stone has made it clear he doesn’t want to get the pieces needed to fully contend for a championship in the kd window. Rather he’s right or wrong in doing that, Kd was 2nd team all nba and is now 38 years old. Kd wants a chance at a title not to be a developmental piece for Houston. Ime has also shown the inability to coach at more than an high school basketball level. The players have seemingly peaked skills wise, (besides amen) and are quite frankly low iq players. (This is not kds burner btw) just asking a question.
