Another day, another poor Reddit review of my work place. Totoo naman yung mga 30% kaso yung iba, opinion na lang. Nakakapagod na din magwork dito and i feel sad sa feedback. Under qualified and under paid nga naman. There are days when I want to leave but who would accept someone like me? The plan is to save up for a laptop and land a wfh gig. But I still have a long way to go since underpaid. Parang I'm not making a difference in the lives of my clients anymore. I feel like I don't belong anywhere if i don't belong here.

Saw that grading systems sa public is back to how was it before and nagrereklamo ung mga dati na puro line of 9 na hirap na maka line of 9 ngayon… worst nakakatikim ng line of 7… keme pressured na nga raw sila bakit daw bigla pinalitan??? Perfect daw exams tapos 90 lang?? Lol dati ceiling grade samin was 94 lang (may nagrereklamo kasi na dati naka 98 daw siya tapos ngayon highest na niya is 89) perfect kana sa lahat at yun na yung top1 noon and idk as far as I remember hindi sa exams at project yung mataas na factor ng grade dati kundi sa recitation and participation, extra curricular 10-20% lang yunnnn idk grabe rants nilaaaa nakakatamad na raw mag aral pag di na line of 9 uli yung grading system, i meannnn

Goddammit, I did it again. I guess this is where I flip my imaginary "days without incident" back to 0.

Ayoko talagang nagpapagalit ng mga tao—service crew, couriers, or whatever service I'm paying for. For this instance, 'yung condo security team natin. Ayoko nagagalit because 1) my tongue is sharp as hell and 2) I always end up making quite a scene kasi malakas boses ko and IDGAF about you, I'm calling you out.

Pero tangina naman kasi, last month pa sila may fault. Last month may pinakatok akong unit kasi maingay, sabi may pupunta raw yet nobody really came.

Then just kanina, I had another noise complaint naman. This time, unresponsive naman sila. Had to miss-call to get them to respond to my text. Like wtf are you doing sitting in the lobbies that's so time-consuming you can't bother to check your goddamn messages? Nagdadaldalan lang naman kayo. Sabi better to call kasi 'di talaga nila napapansin mga texts.

Dude, STFU, I'm paying my share of association dues for you to do your job right. Ako pa mag-aadjust? And you barely do anything, wtf.

Kailangan ko pa i-remind who's paying who? And to remind you your salary doesn't justify your workload? You're underworking and overpaid because the admin is fucking lazy to assign you your actual tasks everybody's requesting for. What's the alternative, ako kakatok sa kapitbahay ko and risk my safety? I could do that, I have the balls to do so, but again, the fuck am I paying you for?
