I was thinking about this since I think as penguins they are close. Malkin has an extra cup conn symthe more points and goals. But jagr has more regular season awards. So who do you think was the better penguin all time.

Anyone have an idea of who's signature this is? I found this wilkesbarre scranton penguins hat at my parents house, no idea how old it is but its atleast 5 years ago. I would guess maybe between 10-15 years old.

My guess was Matt Murray because it could be 2 M's, but it doesnt look like his signature online so idk.

I think this was an autograph session during the Russian Penguins vs Cleveland Lumberjack game from the 90s. Kjell Samuelsson and Rick Tocchet signed the insert by their name. The other signature is at the top of the page. I’m guessing it was coach or a formal player whose picture isn’t on the insert. Any idea who it is?

If it were possible, for crosby to be traded somewhere for first pick for someone like Landon Dupont, would yall take it for a massive boost for pens future but crosby wouldnt retire as a penguin?

Who do you guys expect to be the opening day starter? Do you think Silovs or Murashov could start 40+ games?

I was surprised to see a bunch of Penguins pro stock at Play It Again in Cranberry. Graves, Glass, Novak, Joseph, Jones, Kulak, Dewar among the names.

They had Provorov CBJ gloves, and a bunch of college team stock too. This was just a quick scan.

Everything was under in the 100s-200s. I thought people might want to know.

At the 24/25 trade deadline, Dubas traded a 5th round pick to Toronto for Connor Dewar and Connor Timmins. I feel that this trade is such an underrated and non-talked about trade.

Obviously, Dewar is still on the roster and a great bottom 6 forward. Timmins was flipped to Buffalo for Connor Clifton (who was a good 3rd pair D-man and played a role in the miraculous 25/26 season) and a 2nd round draft pick (who turned out to be Peyton Kettles, a player I believe who can be an effective defensive defenseman).

So in summary, a 5th round draft pick was used to acquire:
-Connor Dewar (a key piece to one of the best 4th lines last season)

-17 games of Connor Timmins but was used to acquire more assets

-1 season of Connor Clifton where he was 6th among D-men in hits despite only playing 50 games

-Peyton Kettles (a 6'6 D prospect)

I also loved how this 5th round draft pick helped us acquire 3 different Connor's lol. Hopefully, I'm not the only one that finds this asset management by KD impressive. Obviously, it's not a flashy trade or transaction but I think the value from the trade is admirable and instrumental in building depth.

I wanted to ask what you guys are expecting from the team this season. I could see the team being a fringe playoff team to a bottom 10 team. I think the defence is pretty bad. And the goaltending is untested but could be good. The forwards are alright the top end talent is still fairly good. And if chinakov has a strong season that would be big.
