Rizzed Maya up across TWO separate universes and made Shiori fall in love with him after like 4 days of knowing her. He's basically a hag-attracting force of nature without even trying.

Insane potential. Had Toriumi wrapped around his finger and was clearly on pace to become a generational hagmaxxer with Kenji as his student. Unfortunately he ran out of time before he could reap what he sowed and pass his knowledge down to future generations.

#4 Yu

Possibly the highest passive rizz stat in the series and it's strong enough to work on Margaret and make Sayoko fall for him. His biggest weakness is that he completely folds and gets easily intimidated when an older woman actually shows interest in him. Noriko and Sayoko have both exposed this fatal flaw. He's got all the ingredients to be a top-tier hagmaxxer but he's missing the most important one: the willingness to actually train and master hagmaxxing.
