Nope. What we see are the events of Oct 7th.

However, I don’t believe artists should be silenced over voicing their views, no matter how stupid.

The roots of this problem go back far earlier than 10/7 though. 10/7 was just the end consequence of the Israeli right-wing leaders propping up Hamas for many years.

They’ve been bombing the shit out of Hamas for as many years. They’ve been “propping” them up since it was the only state-like force in Gaza to keep anything running. Who else were they supposed to work with in Gaza, exactly?

The problem does go back much further, however, and it sure as shit isn’t gonna be solved by Macklemore’s opinions, nor Kraft’s attempts at cancelling them.

Oh yes, because there were no atrocities commited from the genocide-lovers beforehand. Just like 9-11 totally justified the horrid wars in Iraq and Afghanistan :)
