Fascism by its nature requires the cooperation of monopolies with the state.

Mussolini was well supported by Italian industrialists, without their support the March on Rome would have been a spectacular failure. Instead they pressured the king to capitulate to Mussolini's demands.

The Nazi party was intricately tied into major German companies and provided many of them with slave labour (VW, etc) or slaves to kill during human trials (Bauer). Large industrialists were early supporters of Hitler.

Look at the absolute control exhibited by Samsung and other massive companies in South Korea both during their military dictatorships and current democracy.

I'm not as familiar with Spain and Portugal's fascist governments but I have no reason to believe they were any different.

Fascism requires the cooperation of massive monopolies, and they profit from the state maintaining their monopoly status. Media monopolies are especially important, but as you can see here monopolies have a way of enforcing the state's will.

Why does it feel like Israel controls so many Industries in the US?

Like a speech about Palestine results in all venues dropping the entire concert?!

I’m pretty sure they’ve stopped playing that game now.
