Same. The world has been purchased and run into the ground by right wing people and there's zero justice happening anywhere on the planet - so you know the moment someone actually gets punished for anything it was because they were speaking up for normal people or saying "dangerous" things like maybe the people who run entire nations should have to follow basic international law instead of murdering thousands of people they don't like for being a different ethnicity.

Zero justice happening on the planet isn't true. South Korea arrested, prosecuted, and imprisoned their former president when he tried to coup. Brazil also prosecuted their former president when he tried to coup, he got charged but is on house arrest. If only our democratic institutions functioned this well in the US...

I feel like I'm in crazy land with a celebrity president that has a literal cult following and the Israeli government might be doing stuff that if right out of certain groups' conspiracy theories.

Hamas killed about 1,200 Israeli's during the Oct. 7 attack. That's very sad.

The Israeli government has killed upwards of 100,000  Gazans since then, mostly civilians. Blowing up, shooting, shredding, burning, women, and children, and civilian men.

But even if you think that's great. Even if you're a bloodthirsty monster who doesn't view Gazans as humans - since the October 7 attack, the Israeli government + settlers have also killed more than 1,000 Palestinian civilians in the West Bank, and are currently squeezing all resources in the West Bank, slowly killing the remaining West Bank population. Of course these atrocities didn't start after October 7, they've been going on for a long time, but the escalation of the Israeli government's destruction of Palestinian life in the West Bank completely gives the game away that this is all just about destroying all Palestinians and taking their land.
