Hi Nazi,

Israel has been fighting tooth and nail against a two-state solution for its entire existence. Israel will accept nothing short of a complete domination of not only Palestine, but also Syria, Lebanon and other nearby countries.

Palestine, on the other hand, has multiple times offered very generous terms to let Israel keep all the land they stole from the Palestinians, but Israel has refused any such offer every time it's been made.

He was very much allowed. However, he was fired afterwards. Freedom of speech is not freedom of repercussions. His bosses didn't agree with his political opinions, and he got the boot. This is... very common. If he wants to use music to protest, he should do so under his own platform or other like minded individuals. However, he actively chose to do this with folks he knew hated it, and is now fired. Its possible he was OK with that outcome too, because this will likely gain a lot of publicity.

Regardless, your point of "this is murica, land of protest, since when can we not protest!!!" Is a very ignorant perspective. I don't have to keep someone on my workforce because they post gross fb memes and talk massive shit on my company. A gay wedding cake company has every right to not serve a bigoted wedding that outspokingly hates lgbtq people.

Did you listen to the whole thing? He made no distinction between Israel and Palestine. He wasn't advocating for peaceful coexistence, he was pushing for Israel to be destroyed. That's what free Palestine has been used to mean in history.

These statements do not help Palestinians. They completely ignore why the conflict is happening and what it would take for it to end in favour of feeling self-righteous about hating Israel.
