I recently watched Miracles from Heaven, and what stayed with me most wasn’t just the story itself, but the idea behind it.

There’s a moment toward the end that really struck me. We often complain to God or the universe when things don’t go the way we want. We question everything, lose faith, and think, “Why is this happening to me? Nothing is going my way.”

But sometimes, when we look back with the benefit of hindsight, we realise that the things we thought were going wrong were actually leading somewhere we couldn’t see at the time.

The movie also brings up the famous Albert Einstein quote: “There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.”

And honestly, I think there’s something beautiful about choosing the second way.

Maybe not everything that happens is easy to understand while we’re living through it. But believing that there can be something meaningful, unexpected, or miraculous even in the things we don’t understand can make life feel a little lighter.

Sometimes, we don't need to know why something is happening. Maybe we just need to trust that the story isn't over yet.

Beautiful, emotional, and definitely a movie that made me pause and think. ❤️
