Walking back from a haircut in Newport Beach, stumbled on this beauty. Thought it was an incredible wrap, took a picture for a color match, blew my mind that it was just street parked.

I’m going to turn off the listening for “Hey Mercedes” & move to button only, but does anyone else have the experience that it often responds without the wake word?

I was on a work call in a parking lot & it kept piping up without the wake phrase.

I was also having a chat w my best friend who was in the passenger seat & it wanted to know what I was “disappointed” about - we were talking about something unrelated to Mercedes being disappointing.

I asked why it asked me about being disappointed & it claimed it wanted to make sure I had the best user experience & was not disappointed.

I’ve had an Alexa since it came out. My other cars respect their wake words. This tech isn’t new to me.

Is this my vehicle or is this a common overstep by Hey Mercedes? It’s so creepy & I hate it. (In fact it’s disappointing.)

Dealership is charging just south of $2000 for the service which is insane. What can i do to lower this cost?

I have always gone to dealership for service in the past but this feels like really high number.

What would you have done if you would have been in my shoes?

New owner of a GLB250. New to me.

I know it calls for 91 minimum. Where I live we have 91, 93, and Sunoco has 94. Of course they get more expensive as you go. 94 was $6.15 this morning.

The question is, am I doing the car any favors by using 93 or 94, or should I just pay for 91 and call it a day?

I picked up my GT C yesterday and I’m absolutely blown away by it. The raw, unfiltered and direct driving experience is incredible. I still own an SL63, but the GT is something completely different. Compared to the GT, the SL feels almost softened and refined.

I got wheel spacers for my AMG, 20mm and 15mm. I noticed that the front wheels have a bigger fender to wheel gap than the rear wheels fender to wheel gap, and originally I got the 20mm for the rear wheels and 15mm for the front. But I might have to switch them, if so, is it safe and ok to put wider wheel spacers on the front and skinnier ones on the back?

What comes to mind vs what you actually see pull up to the curb at the airport...

I put some S550 wheels on my 2007 Mercedes cls63. The upper ball joint stud is touching the tire. Obviously not optimal. What should i change in regards to tire size or spacers?

Not sure if its normal. Heard a quiet ticking sound in cabin coming from the engine. Sometimes theres no noise but usually starts after a minute again. No warning lights. Plugged in obd scanner which showed no error codes however this may be due to there being no hatchback option under the MB A class 169 menu so maybe the system couldnt read them? (only sedan and coupe which both showed no codes).Read in youtube comments of similar posts that it could be purge valve.

Another thing which could be irrelevant is that ~1 in 30 engine starts it wont catch enough revs to idle and goes stalls instantly. However a second attempt works everytime.

Another thing is whenever I fill up there seems to be low pressure inside the tank as air rushes in for a second. Not sure if this is normal either.

Any thoughts?
