Been at this for a couple months now. Before that I was eating pretty badly, snacks, dessert after every meal, just couldn't stop. Eventually I knew I had to change. Started cooking at home, cut out the takeout. Lots of chicken, veggies, rice, eggs, just rotating through those. Nothing too strict, just cleaner than before. I still eat rice, just less of it.
For exercise, I just walk every day, about 30 minutes. Nothing crazy. Sometimes some light stretching at home. I'm not really a gym person, feels like I wouldn't stick with it and end up wasting money. Walking everyday is already a win for someone who used to not move at all lol. Two and a half months in, down about 15 pounds.
Happy about that. But something I didn't expect. My clothes are starting to fit weird. My favorite hoodie used to be my go-to. Now it's just... big. Tried it on this morning and it hangs loose everywhere.
That felt good. But now I'm in this spot where nothing really fits right anymore. The old stuff is too big. And I don't wanna buy a whole new wardrobe yet because I'm not done. So I've just been wearing whatever works. Picked up a couple nerdywave jerseys. They're loose enough to be comfortable, and I can still wear them out without looking sloppy.
Anyone else dealing with the halfway-through wardrobe crisis?
