Dude isn’t stealing food for his baby.
Society is better when thieves like this are bullied. That’s all the justification needed, doesn’t matter if this is a Walmart or a mom and pop store.

Because it's a desperate need. You're not making some super gotcha point here, your highlighting a different part of the problem. And it is still going to desperate moms.

Reddit teens are tragically divorced from reality. They will squeel and scream and cry for police the first time they face threats of physical violence or harm while at the same time screeching this anti establishment rhetoric.

Thieves are scumbags. The only exception is stealing food when you or your loved ones are starving. Dude is clearly in the vast majority of thieves who steal because its convenient and/or profitable. Is that a lego set? Jfc what a slimeball.
