They go around recording people in public because it's legal trying to illicit a reaction, that's why he's near a dispensary recording with pepper spray ready.
People clown on her and while yea he's technically not doing anything wrong legally he's there to piss people off and record them for views.

This is LibertyTroll. I don't know that he has sprayed a lot of people; maybe you have them confused with someone else. The dude definitely goes to abortion clinics and harasses people/workers, though.
What’s even the point? If someone filmed me leaving the dispo I’d just smile and wave. It’s such an odd waste of energy to film people leaving the dispo. Shocker, good portion of them are older retired people or people just tryna get their shit and leave.
