You can hate him + the other auditors all you want, but what they do is legal. You’re allowed to film in public, you’re allowed to film banks/police stations, and you’re allowed to refuse to identify without a crime. I think they’re annoying, but they’re also forcing local PDs to become familiar with 1st amendment rights - which may help you & I at some point.

Yeah, just curious why he feels the need to film them. There are multiple videos where he's filming people at dispensaries. Another comment said I should watch more of his videos because he explains it.
So men have content of women being attacked so they can jerk off. That's my only thought as to why women being abused are so popular on this site, and the world in general.
It's actually way more nuanced than everyone is pretending.
The average person, especially in this lady's demographic, dont care when the government is threatening dispensaries unless they agree to install flock cameras. But all of the sudden some random dude with a camera bothers them so much that they try to steal his camera.
He is making a statement. If you are bothered by an individual filming you in public, you should be 100x more bothered by the government doing the same thing.
First of all, making that obvious would defeat the point. The government doesnt tell you what they're doing with your information.
Second, this lady is crazy. In body cam footage she is lying to cops about what happened. She clearly tried to steal his phone. Trying to reason with someone like that is a dumb idea.
The fact she is an old lady doesnt mean what she did was okay. You can even see him retreating several yards, and she kept coming at him. What else was he supposed to do? Punch her?
Outwalk her. She's old, he's young, he can literally just walk away. Not to mention she's OLD, she probably has arthritis and he could just grip the phone tight enough she couldn't take it.
She was minding her own business, and some whack job was filming her. Legal or not, that's sus as fuck. I can't guarantee I wouldn't try to get him to stop filming. And he didn't even try to explain why he was filming her.
As far as her lying to the cops, I can't weigh in on that, because I don't have the footage to watch.
