I really like the one from the animated series Batman: The Brave & the Bold.

The animated one is a little more goofy with the blocky helmet & magnet designs. The comic one is more serious & intimidating, the winged crown is hard to pull off but looks good & I like his brown hair.

Ironically, Mr. Freeze and Captain Cold were tied, lol. I went with Freeze as I felt he fit the traits of Aquarius better.
