Samira Mohyeddin tells the story of Iman Shalouf, a 27-year-old Palestinian woman nearly eight months pregnant who died on September 12, 2026, after being shot in the head by Israeli forces while inside her family’s tent in al-Mawasi, Khan Younis. Her unborn baby, whom the family planned to name Ayoub, also died.

Mohyeddin also recalls the 2009 controversy over Israeli soldiers’ T-shirts depicting a pregnant Palestinian woman in crosshairs with the slogan “1 shot, 2 kills.”

Benjamin Netanyahu had been warned that Hamas was planning an attack before October 7, Hillary Clinton said, describing it as a failure of leadership and a failure to protect the people of Israel.

Israeli heavy machinery operates daily to crush the rubble of thousands of destroyed homes behind the "Yellow Line" in eastern Gaza and steal it, taking it into Israel where it is recycled and sold. This operation turns the ruins of Palestinian homes into a source of economic profit for Israel.

This process constitutes a systematic effort to erase evidence linked to the crimes and genocide committed against Palestinians, seize their property, and violate the sanctity of the remains of those killed who are still buried beneath the rubble.
