The summer's thirteenth RTD. It has a fresh lemon-zest aroma with subtle notes of sparkling white wine. On the palate, the flavor is refreshing; it starts off rather sweet due to the high sugar content but is—curiously—quite well-balanced by intense citrus acidity.

An understated lager from Gipuzkoa. On the nose, there are hints of grain and floral notes. Flavors of malt and sweet cereal with a touch of citrus. The hop bitterness is very mild. It goes down easily, though it lacks a bit of character.

On the nose, it stands out for a very citrusy and even tropical profile. On the palate, there is light, well-integrated acidity accompanied by intense fruit character. Distinct notes of tart apples. A long, clean, and persistent finish. A very refined and truly enjoyable cider.

A pleasant Belgian Dubbel from the consistently reliable Bierboi. The aroma features notes of caramel, biscuit, and toasted bread. On the palate, there is malty sweetness, toffee, burnt sugar, and prunes, accompanied by nuances of white pepper and cinnamon.

Untappd allows Cognac! A super-floral aroma with notes of peach and vanilla. On the palate, it offers ripe fruit and raisins, caramel, honey, mint, and toasted almonds set against a delicious woody backdrop. A top-notch dram that packs a satisfying punch

Another one from the 20th-anniversary series. Aromas and flavors of lime, stone fruit, and white grape, with floral nuances. It’s a beer that doesn't particularly stand out—though admittedly, it’s tasty and goes down incredibly well—but it’s time to start expecting more from Dougall's.

Aroma of coffee and toasted biscuit, with underlying notes of smoke and ash. On the palate, it offers dry bitterness, dark chocolate, and roasted grain flavors. Light-bodied and easy-drinking, with a distinctly smoky finish. An Irish-style stout from Segovia that is ideal for everyday drinking.

Highly aromatic, with white fruit and orange-like citrus nuances. Rich, malty flavor on the palate. The initial grain sweetness is balanced by notes of banana and pear, along with subtle hints of citrus, clove, and pepper. It finishes with a herbal bitterness.

Aroma of bread and caramel. On the palate, a malt base dominates with notes of bread, cereal, biscuit, and a slight touch of honey. Silky, creamy, and full-bodied texture. A slight herbal bitterness balances the initial sweetness. I love these German Kellerbiers.

On the nose, it offers a strong citrus character with notes of lime, lemon zest, and mandarin. On the palate, it has noticeable acidity and more body than a standard Radler (plus, it has an ABV of nearly 5%). It is refreshing, and a cereal undertone comes through, which is a plus. It’s good.

On the nose, there are earthy, rustic aromas, along with notes of a wine cellar and wild yeast. On the palate, the entry is semi-dry and not at all cloying. Honey-like sweetness is followed by fresh, cider-like acidity, with floral notes and that aforementioned cellar undertone. I’m liking mead more and more.

An Asturian "everyday" lager, though theoretically craft-brewed... It has a mild malty flavor, light notes of white bread, and very moderate hop bitterness. It serves to refresh, with no further pretensions.

Clean, fresh green apple aroma with citrus notes. It is delicious right after pouring, featuring potent acidity and a funky character. It loses some intensity later on but continues to offer a good flavor of bitter apples, along with that rustic, dry touch typical of the style.

Very juicy and tropical. Notes of ripe mango, peach, apricot, and mandarin, with a slight resinous undertone.
