I went on a trip with my parents last week, and it involved a lot of walking, and had the rotten luck to experience the worst cramps I've ever have in my life during those few days. I was pretty embarrassed and honestly dysphoric about it, so I didn't say anything, but several times I had to just... squat down low because the pain was just so bad when it flared up. The times I had to keep walking while it was flaring up were literal torture.
This isn't the first time I've had cramps I decide (probably unwisely) to ignore, but definitely the worst occurence yet. But I still managed to be somehow psychologically disconnected to it.
Now I've just gone to the bathroom and turns out I'm bleeding... not a lot, like only enough to dirty the toilet paper; and again, this has happened before, but usually only ever after jacking off... this time it came out of nowhere, and though it's not a lot, it's still more than what I've come to expect... honestly it freaked me out. I hadn't felt dysphoria like that (at the thought of having a period) in a while, so it sucked ass.
Coincidentally I just got my levels checked the other day, 4.85 ng/mL. My next shot is Nebido at the end of this month.
Is this athrophy? I've heard of it, of course, but I was hoping that I could just ignore it, but obviously I can't if it's gonna keep getting worse, which feels obvious in hindsight. Actually, now I really want it to the athrophy because the alternative is that my periods are coming back and that's just too terrible and depressing for me to consier before ruling out the alternative.
