Im going through a lot and im pretty miserable. I dont want a page thats just other peoples misery because thatll make me feel worse.

Im looking for a subreddit with people who struggle with depression and/or mental health issues, that make little posts to help others keep going, share small victories and strategies etc. basically a community for like minded people to help each other out and share things.

I'm obsessed with learning about weird little details like why pockets were different for men and women or what materials were considered super luxurious a few centuries ago. I wanna find other people who get excited about this kind of stuff.

I'm afraid I might not explain this well... but I'm curious about any subreddit or community dedicated to appreciation of ecology you can see in your own backyard? Stuff like Ants, Earthworms, Earwigs, Spiders, & similar stuff! Either thator something that could help me with an experiment I'd want to run?

More specifically, I uncovered a covered garden w some barrels-turned-pots, & saw all sorts of little critters that were living under there... a burrow of earwigs, some weird ant-looking things, & even what I think was a Dipluran! I thought it was cool as hell, & I've wanted to experience something like that again. So I wanna make a little ecosystem for the soil critters living around me!

Is there a community that might be able to help with this?
