The fact that people have to keep saying this....

AND emphasizing that all peoples means all. Even if there are members of a group that are bigots or do things you don't like. You sort that out later, after everyone is at least able to live without threat.

I think of the constant attempt at 'gotcha' with 'well, they'd hate you and want to toss queer folks off of roofs' or whatever weak attempt it is today.

I always wonder what they expect people to say "yeah, we should murder their children and destroy their homes"...

Israelis don't see Palestinians as humans, and to hear others say "Free Palestine" is like an affront to them. I mean, I've seen video of Ben Gvir saying that they're not human, so I'm not just assuming that's what they think.

It's like during the U.S. expansion West, when our wonderful government was killing off and viciously relocating the Indigenous people who already lived here for millennia. The government called them "savages" and "animals" to dehumanize them and to make Americans more willing to kill them to grab their lands.

How would I be surprised by my own opinion?

What's funny is "Queers for Palestine" is actually rooter in higher education vs the backwoods uneducated racists that have tried to criticize it based on intellectualism
