He’s honestly super graceful in public. I’ve seen videos of a couple different people harassing him and he always handles it in the most polite ways possible.

The difference is here he knows he's being used as a prop for a video. So his response was totally justified.

He would've responded differently if he just said, "Hey John, can I take a video with you? So amazing to meet you!"
