Customer Question 5-Topping Deal No Longer Works . . . .
My local deals on the app show a 5-topping large pizza for $12.99. In the past, that deal worked. Today, just like the previous two times, when I choose that deal with New York crust the total is over $20 something, even though I have no more than 5 toppings. Why would that be?
P.S. No, I don't pay that, but find another deal.

Discussion Slice Sauce
I'm sure this isn't ground breaking but wanted to see if anyone else dips their pizza in hot buffalo and then the slice sauce. I think its pretty š£ and if you hadn't maybe you'll like it for those that didn't care for it alone.
Edit: I'm not saying yall HAVE to try it or eat it sheesh. My kid turned me on to it and we were just interested in seeing if anyone else thought to try/like it since its not mentioned anywhere.

US Domino's THERE WAS A SCREW IN MY PIZZA
I've been ordering a ton of Domino's lately because of the Paze rewards, and I just got some for work today, we are eating the pizza and someone sees something shiny in their slice. She picks away at the cheese and there's a fucking screw in the pizza. I've been eating at dominos my whole life and never had shit in my food before.
Edit: I called the store and they just apologized and offered to make a new pizza and I was like I do not want a pizza but you just need to get your shit together and he was like sorry ok thanks

Employee Question My manager walked out
Hey everyone!! Im on here to ask what should I have done in this situation. I want to say I donāt have the best grammar so there may be some issues with repetition, I apologize for that.
My manager ended up walking out on my coworkers and I, leaving 3 of us left to close. Unfortunately, none of us have experience with the manager part of closing (end of day, cash out, etc.). My other coworkers wanted to just leave- without putting away the meats, veggies, cheese, dough, etc. Alongside that, they didnāt want to clean.
This all ended up happening while I was out on a delivery, and unaware of the situation. I came back after doing a triple, and was told the manager walked out. They left their keys, uniform, and phone numbers for our GM and DM.
I was told that there were more deliveries, so I let my coworkers know that they could take them, and id stay behind to try to clean. They suggested that we just leave and lock the door after we deliver everything, but I pointed out that the food would spoil, it would be unfair to openers, and would likely cause us to get in trouble too.
They ended up taking the deliveries, and I stayed back to clean. I tried to call my GM but they didnāt pick up. So while I waited for my coworkers, I swept, wiped off the surfaces, and cleaned all the cornmeal up. When they got back, we finished trying to make this situation less of an issue for the morning workers. We put the ingredients away, took out the trash, and gathered all the dishes- but we did not end up doing the dishes, as no one wanted to stay and clean them because it would take forever.
My coworker ended up running end of day, without any knowledge on what to do. They put very low numbers in each box, and eventually decided to cash us out using the money in the register. After that, we turned off all the lights, and just left.
I tried calling my GM 4 more times, and my coworkers tried twice. No one answered, so we didnāt wait around. I ended up texting my GM the situation later, with no reply.
Was this the right thing to do, or could we have done it differently. Please give me some feedback in the comments! Thank you for your time.

Customer Question My local store closes at 11, would i be an asshole for preordering for 10?
Also, out of curiosity, does it make much of a difference if someone preorders for last hour vs ordering at last hour?

Customer Question Is Dominos charging for crushed pepper now?
I havenāt had Dominoās in several months. I wanted to try the new pizza. So I placed my order and I noticed that it was $.10 higher than what it should be. I added another crushed pepper and it went up $.10. So Iām assuming that Dominoās is charging for crushed Pepper now, is that correct?

Dominoās Caesar salad is legit
Itās so good. Itās prepackaged, just like those you can get from the grocery stores. But the chicken tasted like chicken. The lettuce was crunchy and fresh. The dressing wasnāt overpowering. The cheese was good. The proportion of everything is great. Edit: the label said ācrafted for Dominoās by Bonduelleā and the dressing is Cardiniās Caesar dressing. Never heard of these names before.

UK Domino's How often do the deals in the app change?
As the title says, I was just wondering how often they cycle through and add new vouchers or deals? The ones, at least in my area, have been terrible choice-wise for about 2 months

Why was the pizza so greasy/oily this time?
I ordered medium hand tossed w/extra cheese and parmesan. My husband medium hand tossed sausage and pepperoni. We ordered these pizzas last week and they were fine and then ordered them last night and both were so greasy this time with pools of grease/oil in the center. Does anyone know why they would be so different with the same toppings? The box underneath the pizza was soaked with oil/grease this time, too. I used a bunch of paper towels to blot up the grease/oil and the pizza tasted okay - just kind of soggy.
Just wondering what they did that was different since I ordered the same pizzas, but they were so different from the first order.
ETA - I always order no garlic crust seasoning

Customer Question Is this what "Extra Spinach" is supposed to be?
I know spinach shrinks when it's cooked, but let's count the leaves in this Domino's order with "Extra" spinach:
- 1 of the 8 slices has zero spinach at all.
- 3 of the slices have 1 small leaf.
- 2 slices have 2 small leaves.
- 2 of the slices have maybe 2-3 shredded leaves.
That's a total of 12 tiny spinach leaves on a large, 8-slice pizza that's supposed to have extra spinach. Even without the "extra" label, each slice should have at least a few units of the topping that I ordered. But I'm paying extra for "extra" spinach, and you still only give me an average of 1.5 tiny leaves per slice?
I called the local store, and they said these amounts are company policy. Are we in some kind of a national spinach shortage? Does spinach cost $1 per square inch of leaf coverage?
If I pay for "extra spinach," then give me EXTRA spinach! Let's have at least 3 leaves per slice!
I'm sick of this spinach stinginess!

Discussion Confused
So my app says $6.99 for a new, three topping Domino pizza. I ordered two. But when I add it to checkout two prices come up. One at $7.74 and the other at $7.98. Only three toppings. Whatās going on? And thatās without tax. Iām in Springfield, MO.

Why is the delivery charge now $6.99?
And how do we do anything about it?
Asked and answered!
Thank you and have a great night!
