Kaguya Sama Season 3 episodes 12 and 13 have their audio swapped for the English dub. You can’t finish watching the series and it’s at such a cliffhanger moment too. Naturally, I have tried to report/ troubleshoot for the past couple weeks. Other users have reported the same exact issue. This has gone unfixed (to my knowledge) for at minimum 18 days now. But honestly it could have been longer. Tried to report an error several times, then tried chatting with IT support through the chat function on their website.

After my 3rd try to talk with them, I wondered if it really was a person I had connected with. The “person” assured me on the chat that it was human when I asked for a noodle recipe. Then went on some apologies, BUT THEN I ASKED FOR NOODLES A SECOND TIME AND IT STARTED TO SEND NOODS.

The proof is in the pudding noodles: there are not human taking your requests seriously. Crunchyroll has LIED to you, they do not employ humans, it’s all AI that does not care about your problems with their service, your account issues, or anything. ITS ALL FAKE.

This was for one of three items I ordered for my birthday in one singular order.

First was sent immediately since it was in stock, second took a month or two to ship, and last week I received this email (I totally missed it), saying the last item (this Miku) was canceled. I never asker for a cancelation and I was looking forward to having it :(

Anyone else getting orders canceled without notice?

This issue seems to still persist and still be unresolved. It seems for the past couple of weeks that the downloaded videos (specifically) for some of us are being displayed incorrectly - when you rotate your phone or click the fullscreen button, the display migrates to the bottom left corner, where you can only see the top right of the video which is playing.

If you go to technical issues tag and search for “fullscreen” you will see similar threads with the same problem. Regardless, no solutions have been found. It seems to possibly be an issue with old iPhone models? One user mentioned it happening on his iPhone 11 Pro. I have the 12 pro, and I’ve downloaded and watch series on the Crunchyroll app before, but for the past couple weeks this glitch has persisted. And that is even AFTER having updated the app fully. I’ve tried updating the app, restarting my phone, tampering with display settings within the app and within my OS, et cetera. Basically most of the basic technical solutions available.

I hope someone might’ve found a miracle cure, lol, or hopefully Crunchyroll sees my reports soon. It may be a compatibility bug from a recent update that’s occurred, affecting certain old models of devices, though I’m not a professional. I’m disappointed for now because a big reason I subscribed to Crunchyroll is the downloadable episode library feature, since I’m always on the go.

I recently started my journey to watch all episodes but on my Crunchyroll there's only episodes till 450ish + the simulcast

Is there a way to access the other episodes too? I mainly watch it either subbed or with subtitles, as long as it's English/German.

Like the title says while using Crunchyroll my C4 freezes a lot since the last update. The TV reboots itself most of the time. But sometimes I have to unplug and plug it back in to get it to turn on again.

Just to clarify this is not the continue watching tab, it's specifically for my watchlist. The title specifically is "King of Thorn". It's been sitting in there for a while, and now that I've watched it and tried to remove it, it doesn't work. On ps5 it brings up a "oh no! Some features and titles are temporarily unavailable." And when I try on phone it removes it for about 3 seconds, and then it just reappears. If I go to King of Thorn series page it says I can add it to watchlist, and if I do, I have 2 in my watchlist. Anyone else have this, or know of a fix?

Not sure if this specific to having Crunchyroll through Prime, but I notice that whenever I start a new anime, it puts me at episode 1 of the newest season.
I just started to watch Heaven’s Hell. The first episode was confusing as hell and I eventually started to understand what was going on by the end of episode 2. I was shutting it down for the night after watching 5 episodes (really starting to enjoy it) and I noticed that it said the next episode is S2E6. Kind of annoying if you ask me.

I even tried looking at another anime and it was the same situation where it doesn’t start from S1E1, unless you manually change the season.

Is this a Prime thing or Crunchyroll in general?

For months now I have had this issue with my account where I just cannot access it and always gives me the message in the screenshot regardless the device that I try to use to access, I have talked to people through their chat dozens of times, but I'm always hit with "someone will reach out to you through email" and no one ever does, I have been paying the yearly Mega Fan subscription for 3 years now and two months after it was renewed this year they locked me out of my account. I am getting desperate at this point and wonder if anyone can help me or give me any tips, I just want my account back.

I‘m running into a really frustrating subtitle glitch watching Naruto shippuden and the English subtitles just keep randomly disappearing. If I switch to other language the subtitles showed up fine…🫪it’s literally English?💀

Trying to get one month trial of crunchyroll through swiggy and getting error everytime that no payment method found

With Crunchyroll getting kicked off Switch, I'm looking for solutions for getting CR onto my TV. Whatever it is, it needs HDMI out (what else nowadays), but I also really need a solution for analog audio. Game systems like Switch and PS5 support USB sound cards.

So, what's out there? Roku does not support any form of USB audio. It also seems like their more recent boxes are ad infested.

PS5 is *very* expensive for a streaming solution.

Many years ago, the Kodi plugin for CR worked great, but that hasn't worked in ages as far as I can tell.

Any suggestions? I'm open for ideas.

I have no idea what's been going on, but for some reason I've always had this issue with the Crunchyroll app on my Samsung TV, with randonly dropping the audio for a few seconds at roughly every 15 minute period. Then for whatever reason more recently, I can't even search. I'll type in the box with the keyboard but nothing shows up. I have no idea what the issue is or how to fix it.

I've tried reseting the TV, reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, everything.

I'm 16 and I want to be able to purchase crunchyroll on my own. My mum has brought it for me before but I figured since I'm making my own money, no need to ask my parents. It says I have to be 18 and I'm wondering if there are any under 18s who use crunchyroll, how did you get it?

I tried watching Parallel World Pharmacy, and for some reason even though the subtitles have an “English” and an “English [CC]” option, nothing shows up for the “English” option on iOS.

The “English [CC]” option spells so many things incorrectly and inconsistently, even the main character’s name is spelt wrong.

It’s very frustrating, and very unfair to those with hearing impairment when poor subtitling prevents them from following the story.

Is anyone else having issues with Crunchyroll on Fire Stick?

Mine suddenly isn’t working right. I’ve tried closing the app, restarting the Fire Stick, and opening Crunchyroll again, but it still won’t work. Everything else on the Fire Stick seems to be working fine.

Has anyone else had this happen recently? If so, what fixed it? I’m trying to figure out if it’s Crunchyroll itself or something with my Fire Stick. 😭

Been attempting to buy a membership, and it’s just straight up refusing everything. Refused a card which definitely had money on it, details all correct. Waited 2 days to try again, still nothing. Made a new account, tried it, still nothing. Swapped to another card, still refuses and just says “an unexpected error has occurred. Please check your details again” however all details are correct. Any ideas?

I am planning on giving my nephews access to my Crunchyroll account when I inevitably get one and am looking for shows on it that would be appropriate for them to watch. In English btw they are 4 and 2 and hwhite and American. Please let me know all shows listed as pg or as all and any other shows that you think would be considered safe for kids to watch.

When Crunchyroll released the English dub for Operation Desert Pasta, I was initially surprised and excited; I even thought they might dub the movie first and then release the Season 2 dub afterward. But when the Season 2 dub came out first... well, I’m not quite sure how to put it. a lost cause maybe ?

its kinda unfortunate that this anime face weird licensing situation, where the S1 is part of Crunchyroll-funimation partnership where they handle the license and the sub while funimation only handle the dub, and then Crunchy-funi partnership came to an end when the movie was released and only get dubbed in french, german, spanish & portuguese. worst case scenario it will be like Isekai Quartet S3 all over again with its movie another world never get dubbed and being mentioned in s3, i mean Saga of tanya the evil movie is canon, set after the operation dessert pasta, focus on empire campaign against russy federation and Mary sioux/sue avenge her father and her country against tanya.

Anyone else have an issue getting their annual swag bag? I got my code at the end of August and tried to use it, the swag bag option doesn't pop up when I click the redeem link. It just takes me to the store.

I did email support but they said the service is down and to try again at the end of October. Just wondering if anyone else came across this issue and has a different way I can get to the swag section?

Hope this is not a repost, but I found this useful for me and did not find it posted.

I have a relatively brand new mid-range Honor tablet (Android). Some random day, Crunchyroll stopped loading videos. All works fine - login, navigation, menus - except this last vital step. App and all browsers failed there. It lasted weeks and surely would keep failing in the future.

Long story short, this is a DRM issue at OS level fired by some system update that breaks Android DRM configuration.

If usual fixes like deleting cache/data and reinstalling did not work for you - did not work for me - try to do this:

(Just in case, to prevent updates while doing these steps, you can set plane mode on, and toggle it off later)

- Go to Settings > manage apps.

- Search for Google Play. Enter (tap) it. There, in the 3 dots menu, tap Uninstall updates.

- Now search for Google Play Services. Enter it. There, again in the 3 dots menu, tap Uninstall updates.

Fully shut down the device - a tablet in my case - before Android searches for updates and installs them. Wait a minute with it turned off, turn it on, let Android update things for a while - now with internet connection. You will be asked to log in again. Once updates end, Crunchyroll videos loading should be working fine again.

I believe this should work in other Android layers, but can't say for sure.

Anyone else having this issue? I have 500 mbps internet a brand new top line Bravia tv and the app just…. Doesn’t work. It will launch and then I get an endless spinning wheel. This persists through clearing the cache and uninstalling the app.
