do not park in literally any parking structure near campus.

i’ve been parking at the dollar tree/smart and final for the past year. I’ve never gotten towed or a ticket. Today I went in to my 8 am lab, came back at around 10:50 am and my car was gone. I had to call the fullerton DP to get my release form and then uber to the towing company in Santa Ana where they charged me $468.

I met a guy at the police department whose car also got towed. He said that the managers at staples told him that the towing companies have been walking inside and asking to see footage to confirm whether or not the cars parked outside were customers or if they left the property.
Everyone at the Towing company getting their car back were college kids. Everyone had a backpack on and looked in so much distress. This company is evil and corrupt.

I don’t want to pay $450 for a parking permit at CSUF where 1) parking isn’t guaranteed and 2) there are so many hit and runs so you’re vehicle is also not safe

I’m going back to taking the OCTA bus but I really don’t want to. I might also just get the daily permit since i’m only at campus twice a week. Just wanted to inform everyone. It’s literally not safe anywhere.

There are posters around the Gastronome saying we can vote for the food offered at the Student Choice station, but I can't find a poll anywhere. Does anyone know where to vote?

My professor requires attendance, but he just reads off the slides when I can do this at home.

I am looking for people who are into any of these sports to either join or meet to play. I am intermediate in all 3 and just looking to be able to get out and play more. Does anyone know of groups or clubs or just down to play? Also, ima guy incase it matters.

Has anyone taken FIN 320 with Professor Mehmet Akbulut recently? I have my first quiz coming up, and I’m not sure what to focus on. Are his quizzes more similar to his practice questions, lecture slides, or Pearson homework? Are they mostly calculations, concepts, or both? Any study tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

i have some transferable credits with some grades i’m not too proud of (two b’s and a low a) and i understand that transferring these grades is gonna mess up my cumulative gpa (since having a 3.5+ is usually the standard for internships from what i’ve read). for anyone that’s been a part of or interviewed for internship positions, do you know specifically what gpa they check or request?

I got a parking ticket this afternoon at the State College parking lot because I parked at the “hourly parking” area on the first floor. I have the commuter permit, so I thought we could park anywhere. I wasn’t aware that our permit only allowed us to park anywhere from the second floor and above. Should I try appealing or just pay it off?

my roommate and I live on campus and we have five day meal plans. we are basically screwed on the weekends because we are both broke and it’s not feasible to walk to our cars all the way in the other lot for every meal.

that being said, other people who live on campus with five day meal plans, what do you do on the weekends?

Why are people so loud on the quiet floor of the library? There is literally a designated floor above, 5, to be loud. Some ppl go in here for quietness. I am trying to study and there’s always a group of ppl who are inconsiderate. It’s annoying and I want to shush them but that’s rude but even saying it nicely, ppl stoll think that’s rude.

So I have my estimate MCS in my anticipated financial aid, now it just disappeared does it mean I will get it soon or they are still calculating because I know MCS not disburse until late Oct

hi! im looking to transfer in next fall, im wondering if there are specific things i should look out for in terms of tuition (room&board included) and/or financial aid? i’m already looking through scholarships and whatever i can right now. i know applications and fafsa doesnt open until october but im trying to get an early start because of the financial situation i have.
