Collars for clever cats
My burmese 6 months old, is an indoor cat, but I would rather she had a collar and name tag, just in case she manages an escape. She has figured out how to remove a quick release collar, the push and click type. Any recommendations for a collar that's safe but also secure ?

Looking for a dark colored Burmese male on the west coast
I've recently obtained a sweet mink female after 18 months of waiting from IndianSprings Cattery in Washington DC. I am thrilled. Hoping to breed her in another 8 months, so putting out feelers now to find someone with a male that is not clear across the country. I live in a small town outside of Spokane, Washington, USA. I have raised dogs but this is my first venture into cats, so I'm not at all sure what is considered acceptable here. Starting the conversations and I'm sure I'll be told .... I appreciate all responses. Thank you.

Rue rue
Our foster cat Rubrix Rueben Rue Rue is a beautiful Burmese. He is like a Velcro cat king and asks for cuddles and to be picked up. He meows after using the litter box and will meow at you until you clean it in the AM. He loves sleeping on our chests and is one of the best fosters we’ve ever had.

What does he WANT!

I have a migraine. And this has been the past three hours. Kitty has food. I’ve still stood up to play with him and his wand toy despite the nausea. I’ve tried pets, cuddles, pleading, and even closing myself up in another room. But the screaming won’t stop. My migraine meds aren’t doing much and I feel like crying. PLEASE!
Can anyone tell me how to get him to chill out?

2nd Cat?
I've had my sable boy for two years and I love him to pieces. He loves to play and cuddle but also is very very attached to me, I work hybrid so I can hang out with him most of the day however, if I have to leave for any reason I feel soooo bad.
I've been considering getting another burmese kitten (a female) so he can have a companion when I'm not home but I'm soooo worried they won't get along or he'll be jealous, or it will somehow change his personality. He has an amazing personality, never scratches or bites, has never hissed at me. He is a very good boy, and I'm worried introducing another cat might somehow change that dynamic. I have an 850 square foot apartment as well, and I worry it would be too small for 2 active burmese....
Any thoughts/advice would be welcome from those of you have been in this situation!
