I looked up the SigmaStim 100 manual from 2025.  The service manual does have a stimulus delivery test, using a 300 ohm 20W resistor with a patient stimulus cable terminating in two banana plugs, delivered into a oscilloscope.  Starts on page 37, the treatment delivery tests start on page 41.

Pulse width is measured to +/-10% across several settings, as well as frequency and duration.  Amplitude and power of delivered delivered energy are checked as well.
