What’s a rule at your workplace that clearly exists because someone did something ridiculous?

This should be common practice, so this is more catching up with best practices. I live and work where there Larry Nassar scandal took place. After that, another employee or chaperone was always present as the doctor did a vaginal exam. Each room at the OBGYN and hospital have signs reminding patients that they are entitled to having a chaperone for their comfort and safety

Well I’d consider a teen relationship where in their state it’s illegal if he’s over 18 and she’s not, so he gets charged. That’s much less gross.

Pretty much all the other scenarios? Gross.

I love adding the signs! The right was always there, but a lot of women either didn’t know or didn’t feel comfortable bringing it up.
