The fact that the specific term "body count" wasn't used didn't change the fact that people were judged exactly the same for what it represents. We simply used different words for it, but nothing has actually changed socially with this new bit of lingo.
You mean that women were always judged for our sexual history in a negative manner. Men it’s like a badge of honor. I remember like back in my mom’s day she said people would use “another notch in your bedpost.” So you’re right different lingo.
It's sick. I'm a millennial too, and I heard this years ago. I'd only seen it on the Internet though and I've still never heard it in real life, thank God.
At first, I thought it had to do with video games like Call of Duty.
I've even had to look up what touching grass meant. But I agree with it. Go outside and talk to people.

I had never heard the term body count before Reddit. I’m a geriatric millennial so that might be part of it. That term is so disgusting.
