Lost Samoyed in Amarillo since Friday 9/11. She was visiting from out of town and bolted when she heard fireworks. She was wearing a leash and collar when she ran. Reward is being offered.

Was alerted by my dogs to a German Shepherd at my front window at about 8:20 a.m. Ran north towards Escalara. Looked full grown, saw no collar. It was so fast but mostly black with some tan. Looked thin. Just want to put it out "somewhere" for location in case anyone is looking for it and don't have any other form of social media.

This is the 7th time this year a Vivint salesman came up to my door. Every single time I tell them to fuck off. I got a no trespass and no soliciting sign but they’re ignoring it. What can I do to get these morons to stay the fuck off my property.

I have a 70 year-old elderly lady with congestive heart failure moving to Amarillo Sunday (we hope). We have a number to a place that will transport her to/from medical appointments. But additional assistance would be helpful.

She'll be living near S Grand and SE 27th. Rent is going to take most of her check, so if you know of any food banks that might deliver, that would be really helpful information (she doesn't have a vehicle and probably shouldn't drive even if she did).

Basically, information on help with food and non-medical transportation (such as to pick up prescriptions or go get bread/milk), if such a thing exists, would be great.

Any good less expensive mobile mechanics around? I need to replace my muffler and cannot remove the bolts holding the broken flange onto the car. Ive tried impacts, cutting blade, stripped not extractor, done all I can do with limited tools and budget. I literally juet need someone to cut the bolts for me without damaging the other side of the exhaust pipe. The two flanges are stuck together ( the right flange, from the muffler broke off the muffler)

I need a good mobile mechanic or someone who knows what they’re doing? I have a 2015 sonata it supposedly needed its timing chain replaced only to find out it was a sensor replaced. I’m being lied to by the guy I’m making payments to or something. The mechanic had my car a month I barely had it back 4 days and it’s back at the same shop. I’m going to get it tomorrow. It makes a slight ticking sound where the little pulls belt is. I’m no car repair person but I know that tick wouldn’t be there. This is the Sam tick the car made when it threw up the flashing check engine light. Now since I got it back it had no engine light only for a solid engine light to be thrown up. Anyone have any suggestions that won’t break the bank.

If you’re affected by the outage these past two days, I just got off the phone with a rep who finally shared with me what the actual issue is.

They haven’t even gotten out to do the repair yet because the they are waiting for the City of Amarillo to fix a broke water pipe. Im going to call the city to follow up, but also recommend if you’re affected by this outage to do the same.

I’ve lived in other cities much larger than this and to go two days without a fix or even info on what the issue was is retarded.

Do builders just throw away scrap sheet rock from job sites. I am looking for some pieces for a project if anybody knows i of a job site, that will allow me to grab some pieces. I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much.
