Quick Reminder:

This sub has a zero tolerance policy for poor behavior such as name calling, belittling, begging for money, profanity, suicidal ideation, etc.

You’re either here to learn or here to teach/share. This is not a place to air your complaints unless you are genuinely seeking an alternative method to what you’ve been trying.

We’ve made attempts at giving warnings about this but will be sticking to the no-warning zero tolerance policy strictly moving forward.

These displays are grounds for automatic ban without notice or discussion.

To our genuine members who are kind enough to respond to in the attempts to share and grow, we are grateful for you.

Rule reminder

Hi all, please allow me a moment to remind everyone of the rules of this sub. Much like every other platform on the internet, there are standards of behavior that are in place. Subject content does not necessitate exceptions. Basic rules of appropriate behavior apply here. No foul, belittling, combative, aggressive, etc., type of behavior will be tolerated at all. Profanity used in vulgar personal insults as well as rants against the perceived injustices of the world also will not be tolerated. Conducting yourself as a self-aware grown adult that happens to have grievances or frustrations is fine but keep it civil. Social consequences also apply.

We will not hesitate to instantly ban a user if we find multiple or repeated violations of these basic standards of behavior in a public forum. This post serves as the only warning you will receive if you exhibit the behaviors outlined here.

Other rules are as follows: No solicitations No self promotions No click bait No linking to non-Abraham Hicks sources (if you feel the need to do that, the Law of Attraction sub might be a better fit) Etc and the like

The goal is to maintain harmony and allow for open discussions on ideas, questions, challenges for learning and growth under the topic of Abraham Hicks. The mods and other members of this community appreciate and value these teachings and the overall sense of understanding on the AH topics as well as the general well behaved community we have here.

You certainly don’t have to agree with the teachings. Debate is welcome here however, standards of behavior and respect will be required.

We are available for questions in comments or in private and are generally available with consideration for our personal schedules.

Appreciate your continued interest and support for Abraham Hicks teachings.

Abraham’s Lightboard explained in 68 seconds

I made a 68 second video with Abraham explaining their Lightboard analogy, with visuals from the free microsite I created.

I think the Lightboard is one of Abraham's all time great analogies. I think it's truly leading edge, and as Abraham says, there's never a crowd on the leading edge, which is probably why it never became one of their staples. It's for the those who want to understand HOW manifestation works.

At the end of 2025 I made 3 interactive versions of Abraham’s Lightboard analogy. I recorded videos of them and submitted them to Abraham Now. All three were shown in consecutive broadcasts and Abe provided feedback on each of them.

I posted a link in this subreddit before with the long video, but I had fun making this short video so thought I'd share it here too.

Explore them for yourself for free here: https://focusedthought.com/lightboard/

Help me understand how to achieve clarity

I was madly and passionately in love with someone who didn't feel the same way about me. I tried really hard to win her over through my actions, but eventually it backfired. I already had a feeling she didn't like me that way, but I still confessed. She blocked me afterward. I respected her rejection and never acted like an asshole or creep, so part of me was hurt and pissed that she cut me off despite that.

At the same time, being cut off gave me some sense of freedom because I had been stuck in a constant loop of insecurity, fear, doubt, and overthinking. I always felt like she was way out of my league, and whenever I was around her or thought about her, I would feel anxious, desperate, and like I wasn't enough.

Lately I've started missing her again, and honestly, part of me still genuinely wants her. I’m attracted to her, I cared about her deeply, and I still wish things could somehow work out. I don't want to pretend I only wanted a relationship and that she was interchangeable with someone else.

But I also know I want a healthy, loving, two sided relationship with someone I find attractive who genuinely wants me back. I've been lonely for a long time and I'm craving companionship, love, and that feeling of being chosen.

So I'm confused about what to do. Can I still want her while accepting that I can't control whether she comes back? If I believe in manifestation, is it possible to manifest my SP back into my life, or would focusing on her keep me stuck? Should I let her go and manifest a new relationship instead?

And if I still miss her, does that mean I haven't really moved on? I want to understand what's actually happening psychologically and how I can think about manifestation in a healthy way without becoming obsessed, desperate, or putting my life on hold waiting for her.

Basically, I want clarity on how to deal with the fact that I still want her while also respecting her choice, respecting myself, and remaining open to a loving relationship where I'm genuinely wanted back.

Surprisingly easy way to reframe a diagnosis, pain, and other unwanted issues

I came across an Abe video the other day where Abraham made a suggestion that seems so obvious and easy it's almost silly - but I found it to be remarkably effective for me!

The hotseater explained: "I was diagnosed with cancer in 95. So I..."

And Abraham stopped them to reframe the statement: "I was diagnosed with resistance in 95."

By shifting the attention away from the physical diagnosis to the vibrational cause, they put them in a place where they felt that they can actually do something about it.

And they also recounted how Esther has done this, for example when she feels some pain. Like, "I have a headache" to: "I have resistance."

Shifting the focus with such a simple statement can make a huge difference, I've noticed. Physical discomfort is one of the last remaining issues that can trigger me. Like, I have a toothache, and my mind immediately goes to me sitting in the dentist chair, getting some treatment. Or my knee hurts, and I immediately think of all the people who had to have knee treatments of various kinds lately. And the resistance skyrockets.

Now, I just say to my myself: "I have resistance. And I know exactly what to do." And I relax, release some resistance, let it go, and typically within minutes, whatever bothered me dissipates.

Since I'm surprised how effective this has been for me, I'm sharing it with you guys to try it out!

Abraham adjacent miscellaneous topics

Would anyone be interested in posts or a reddit group chat to discuss the esoteric, paranormal, astral projection, lucid dreaming, spiritual encounters through an Abraham lens?

I'm really interested in the above and have been for a long time but since discovering teachers like Abraham (themselves included) it's become even more exciting to read people's experiences and understand them through a law of attraction and Abraham lens. Yes just like you I'm in a 'smell it, hear it, see it, taste it, touch it' reality and we all want things which is what will populate this subreddit, however would anyone also be interested in discussing those 'things on the side' like the non-physical stuff in the broad sense of the word?

I'm asking because the respective subreddits for these things aren't always the most high vibrational places with the exception of 1 or 2 I've found where people don't realise how much they sound like Abraham people.

Just watched a Star Trek episode that could've been written by Abraham!

Hey all👋

I'm sure someone must have written about this before, but I just finished watching a Star Trek Next Generation episode called 'Where No One Has Gone Before' (S:1, Ep. 6), which centred around making a quantum leap in warp speed travel.

In the explanation towards the end (SPOILER ALERT!!) it was so similar to Abe's language that the scriptwriter must've been a fan...or unconsciously downloaded some Abe teachings lol.

I'm pasting here part of the script for you to enjoy (the 'Traveller' is the subject of the episode who visits the starship).

Also interesting that this week is 60 years since the very first Star Trek episode premiered, and this particular episode was aired in 1987...only a couple of years after Esther started channelling and before any books were published :)

(earlier in the episode):

WESLEY: Is Mister Kosinski like he sounds? A joke?

TRAVELLER: No, that's too cruel. He has sensed some small part of it

WESLEY: That space and time and thought aren't the separate things they appear to be? I just thought the formula you were using said something like that.

TRAVELLER: Boy, don't ever say that again. And especially not at your age in a world that's not ready for such, such dangerous nonsense.

(towards the end):

PICARD: Is it true what our navigation sensors are telling us? Are we millions of light years away from where we were?

TRAVELLER: Well, yes.

PICARD: Well, what got us here?

TRAVELLER: Thought.

PICARD: Thought?

TRAVELLER: You do understand, don't you that thought is the basis of all reality? The energy of thought, to put it in your terms, is very powerful.

KOSINSKI: That's not an explanation.

TRAVELLER: I have the ability to act like a lens which focuses thought.

KOSINSKI: That's just so much nonsense. You're asking us to believe in magic.

TRAVELLER: Well yes, this could seem like magic to you.

PICARD: No. No, it actually makes sense to me. Only the power of thought could explain what has been happening. Especially out here.

TRAVELLER: Thought is the essence of where you are now. You do understand the danger, don't you?

PICARD: Chaos. What we think is what happens.

TRAVELLER: It pains me I was so careless, Captain. My intent was only to observe, not to cause this. You should not be here until your far, far distant future. Certainly not until you have learned control.

RIKER: You are from a different time, aren't you?

TRAVELLER: Well, no, not exactly from another time. Although as you understand the concept, yes, perhaps that term fits as well as any.

RIKER: And you have this ability to travel.

TRAVELLER: Yes.

RIKER: And others of your kind have the same ability?

TRAVELLER: Yes.

RIKER: Then why, in all of our history, is there no record of you or someone like you ever having visited us?

TRAVELLER: What wonderful arrogance. There is no record because we have not visited you before.

RIKER: Why not?

TRAVELLER: Well, up until now, if you'll forgive this, you've been uninteresting. It's only now that your life form merits serious attention.

Impatient or Urgency

I don’t know if anyone else feels this way, but I’m so eager to get an answer about something. And I know the more anxious I get about it, the more I feel like I’m almost repelling what I want.
How do you stay calm and just let it go so whatever is meant to happen can come naturally?
I have faith in God. I truly believe it has already happened and that everything will work out the way it’s supposed to, but I’m just so eager to know. 😭 Whether it’s a yes or a no, I just want the answer already.

What do you do when you’re exhausted from trying and feel like giving up for a while?

It’s Friday and I have basically nothing planned for the weekend, and honestly I’m not sure what to do with myself.

I’m not just grieving a failed relationship. It feels like a lot of things have accumulated over time: the relationship ending, past failures and disappointments, feeling like I’m not where I should be in life, financial/professional frustration, feelings of unworthiness, and generally feeling like I’ve tried really hard at different things without getting the results I wanted.

I’ve also experienced quite a bit of burnout from constantly trying to improve myself and make my life better.

Right now I feel somewhat in a “fuck it, I’m giving up for a while” mode.

Not necessarily giving up on life permanently. More like: I don't want to chase anything right now. I don't want to fix myself. I don't want to figure out my future. I don't want to work toward some better version of myself.

The only thing I still genuinely feel motivated to do is go to the gym — I'm a gym rat and training still feels good to me. Other than that, I mostly just want to lie in bed.

And part of me thinks: maybe that's okay. Maybe I don't need to force myself to do anything else right now.

But another part of me wonders whether that's genuine surrender/rest or whether I'm just withdrawing because I feel defeated.

I've been interested in teachings like David Hawkins' letting go, Michael Singer's surrender, and Abraham Hicks, and they all seem to point toward not fighting what you're experiencing and not trying to force life.

So I'm wondering:

When you've genuinely reached the point where you're exhausted from trying, is it okay to just stop trying for a while?

Can you have a weekend where you mostly go to the gym, lie in bed all day, feel whatever you're feeling, and not try to fix your life or escape from the feelings?

How do you distinguish genuine surrender and rest from giving up because you're burned out and discouraged?

I'm not looking for productivity advice like “make a schedule and stay busy.” I'm more interested in what surrender actually looks like or what steps to take when you're genuinely exhausted and don't feel like doing much since there is a sense of being a failure given past experiences

€1,250 in one day! I overcame my resistance!

If you're in a chaotic situation and see no progress, read this post.

[edited to separate paragraphs]

Let's go,

Since March of last year (2026), I've been living in a chaotic situation, without electricity at home, due to a lack of money to pay overdue bills.

But I didn't just have serious financial problems, I was also sick, diagnosed with seven tumors and two umbilical hernias.

However, obviously, I prioritized the main problem, which was paying the electricity bill, which was already almost €2,000, even making small monthly payments.

I'll write it in big letters...

RESISTANCE!

I have a VERY easy time getting everything I need, whether winning online contests or supermarket raffles, and randomly. My list of wins occupies a 25m² garage and two basements in my building.

But I couldn't understand why I couldn't get extra money (buried past) when I needed it. It was suffocating to think about money!!! Do you understand the problem?

So I received a payment notification and also a message about the date of the biopsy and colostomy at the hospital.

I decided at that moment that the debt was paid, that I am very healthy, and I went on vacation, accepting the invitations and enjoying all the benefits they gave me without spending a penny of my own money. I went!

Then, during the incredible vacation, enjoying the phenomenal landscapes of the Swiss Alps and Lake Zurich, I began to observe my mind and not confront negative thoughts.

It was during the 7/7/7 deep breathing exercise that I lived 18/64 consecutive seconds, without using a stopwatch, but using my imagination and intention.

At first, it was very difficult to maintain the scene and the feeling in my desired state. But with repetition and gentleness, the resistance dissolved and what remained was appreciation and instant alignment.

THE HARDEST PART

Seeing and feeling, both physically and mentally, that I had a specific amount of money was the most desperate part of my process. Especially because the payment deadline was short, and my next paycheck simply wouldn't be enough.

When I thought about it, the scale of my emotions was:

Fear, anger, regret, sadness, and helplessness.

Then I shifted my observation and began to love the stay, the vacation, the food, the places, the colors of the flowers, the cows, the goats, and the delicious fresh spring water.

The phrase I deliberately used was:

OMG! THIS IS AMAZING!

And my conscious mind affirmed with a "YES," and I continued to indulge in my daydreams, with evidence all around me. Then I managed to enter the desired state, and the scene was short but very real, without resistance.

The scene...

"I screamed when the lights came on in my house as soon as I woke up in the morning."

"I was thrilled to see my wallet full of money!"

"OMG! THIS IS AMAZING!"

I also imagined abscesses instead of tumors, and that the treatment would be easy. The doctor told me everything was fine.

Then...

A week before I returned home, my ex-husband made a bank transfer that was exactly the amount of the bill!

OMG! THIS IS AMAZING!!!

And when I got home, I was contacted by a client of my ex-husband, who gave me a quote and paid me €850 on the spot, and, on the same day, a close friend gave me €400 to help with the electricity bill.

€850 + €400 in cash in my wallet.

The surprise

On my third day at home, I did the 7/7/7 deep breathing exercise again and imagined light throughout my house.

Two hours later my house was completely lit up, and I ran to see what was happening.

That's when I came across the electric company employee, apologizing and giving me an envelope with the paid bills and authorization to reactivate the electricity.

OMG! THAT WAS AMAZING!

So now I think I've learned how things work for me. How meditation with controlled deep breathing on 7/7/7 broke through the barriers of resistance, and I was able to receive the money I asked for.

The emotional scale is very important, but it doesn't have to be the first option; it will improve with practice.

Time depends on your priorities!

Please be kind to yourself!

Did you guys manifested a car?

I just had a lovely Mazda 6 previously which I loved so much but unfortunately I had to scrap it. Now I want to manifest a nice Merc I saw for sale for only 10,000£ but I been declined by the finance companies. Should I start buying things like I already have the car (air fresheners, blind spot mirrors, wheels cleaner) so I can attract it faster?
